Terms of service

These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) govern all sales made between TELEPORTATION and any buyer (the “Customer”) ordering on theteleportation.fr. By placing an order, the Customer confirms having read and accepted these Terms without reservation.

2. Products

The products sold on theteleportation.fr are ready-to-wear clothing and accessories of the TELEPORTATION brand. Their main characteristics (description, composition, size, colour) are shown on each product page. Photos are as accurate as possible but cannot guarantee a perfect match with the product received, in particular because of screen settings. We may change our catalogue at any time without notice.

3. Prices

Prices are shown in the currency of your destination, including VAT for customers in France and the European Union. For customers outside the EU, prices do not include local import taxes or customs duties, which may be charged on delivery and are paid by the Customer.

For EU customers, VAT is applied at the rate of the destination country under the OSS (One Stop Shop) scheme. We may change our prices at any time; products are invoiced at the price in force when the order is confirmed.

4. Orders

4.1 Ordering. The Customer selects the items, adds them to the cart, enters the delivery details and pays. The order is confirmed once payment is accepted, and a confirmation email summarising the items, total amount and delivery details is sent within minutes.

4.2 Availability. Products are offered while stocks last. If an item becomes unavailable after the order is confirmed, we will inform the Customer as soon as possible and offer a full refund or an exchange.

4.3 Changes and cancellation. Any request to change or cancel an order must be sent to theteleportation75@gmail.com within 24 hours of confirmation. Once the order has shipped, it can no longer be changed or cancelled.

5. Payment

Payment is made online when ordering, by credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay or any other method offered at checkout. Transactions are secured by SSL encryption and Shopify Payments; we never store any bank details. The order is processed once payment is confirmed; if payment is refused, the order is automatically cancelled.

6. Delivery

Delivery destinations, carriers, rates and estimated times are detailed on our Shipping page. The shipping cost is shown before payment. Delivery times run from the shipping date and are given as an indication; we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs or force majeure.

On delivery, please check the parcel and its contents. Any issue (damaged parcel, missing or defective item) must be reported within 48 hours to theteleportation75@gmail.com.

7. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the Customer has 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to withdraw from the purchase, without giving any reason. To do so, the Customer must email theteleportation75@gmail.com with the order number.

Items must be returned in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, tags attached, in their original packaging) within 14 days of notifying the withdrawal. Return shipping costs are paid by the Customer, except for a defective item or an error on our part. The refund is made within 14 days of receiving the returned items, using the original payment method. The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalised items.

8. Returns and exchanges

We accept exchanges within 30 days and returns within 15 days of delivery, subject to stock availability and to items being returned in their original condition. Return shipping is at the Customer's expense, and the exchange fee corresponds to the cost of shipping the new item. Full details on our Returns & Exchanges page.

9. Legal guarantees

All products benefit from the legal guarantees provided by French law:
— legal guarantee of conformity (Articles L217-4 et seq. of the French Consumer Code): 2 years from delivery;
— guarantee against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code): 2 years from discovery of the defect.
To make a claim, email theteleportation75@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the defect.

10. Liability

We cannot be held liable for indirect damage resulting from the use of the products. In any event, our liability is limited to the amount of the order concerned. We are not liable for failure to perform the contract in case of force majeure, postal or transport disruption or strike, natural disaster or fire.

11. Intellectual property and trademark

TELEPORTATION is a French trademark filed with the INPI on 4 November 2025 under number 5195694 (Class 25). The trademark, logos, visuals, designs and all content on theteleportation.fr are the exclusive property of TELEPORTATION and are protected by intellectual property law. Any reproduction, even partial, is strictly prohibited without prior written permission.

12. Personal data

Personal data collected when ordering is processed in accordance with the GDPR (EU Regulation 2016/679) and our privacy policy. It is used only to process orders, manage customer relations and, with your consent, send marketing communications. To exercise your rights (access, rectification, erasure), contact theteleportation75@gmail.com.

13. Disputes and mediation

In the event of a dispute, the Customer is invited to contact us first at theteleportation75@gmail.com to find an amicable solution. Failing that, the Customer may use a consumer mediator free of charge, or the European online dispute resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Otherwise, any dispute shall be brought before the competent courts of Paris, unless mandatory legal provisions provide otherwise.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by French law.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The Terms that apply are those in force on the date of the order.
